  • 4 cups - Milk powder
  • 1.5 cups - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Milk masala
  • 1 cup - Mango pulp
  • 300 ml - double Cream
  • How to Make Mango Fudge:

    1. Combine all the ingredients except the mango pulp in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and then add pulp, stir well to combine and microwave high uncovered for another 4 minutes. Remove and then mix well and spread out in a greased pan or thali.
    2. Cover with cling wrap and chill in refrigerator for 2 hrs.
