  • Mango pulp - 2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/3 cup or to taste
  • Fresh Ginger - 1 tbsp, grated
  • Fresh Cream (double Cream) - 250 gms
  • How to Make Mango Ginger Ice Cream:

    1. Dissolve sugar in mango pulp.
    2. Add ginger and chill in the fridge.
    3. Whip the cream and fold into mango pulp.
    4. Freeze till 1/2 set.
    5. Beat till fluffy.
    6. Freeze till firm.
    7. Serve topped with a slice of mango and slivers of ginger.
