Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Marie biscuit
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1 cup - Mango fruit puree, chilled
  • 1/2 cup - custard, vanilla flavour, chilled
  • 1/4 cup - Honey
  • 1 cup - Mango cubes, chilled
  • 6 tsp - Bournvita
  • 1/4 cup - Almond flakes
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Raisins
  • 1/4 cup - black grapes, strawberries, cut into half
  • How to Make Mango-In-Custard Delight:

    1. Chill a flat glass serving dish.
    2. Dip each biscuit in chilled milk, and arrange 2 layers on the bottom of the dish.
    3. Pour the mango puree over the biscuit layer.
    4. Pour the custard over the mango puree and mix it lightly with a spoon.
    5. Arrange the mango cubes over it, sprinkle bournvita, drizzle the honey and sprinkle almond flakes and raisins.
    6. Decorate it with chopped grapes and strawberries.
    7. Keep it in the refrigerator to set.
    8. Serve chilled.
