  • 1 cup - thick Mango puree
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Mango essence (optional)
  • 1 tbsp - agar agar powder
  • 1/4 cup - water
  • 1 tsp - confection's Sugar + chocolate powder
  • How to Make Mango Jelly:

    1. Heat water in a pan and add agar agar powder, whisk until they get well dissolved.
    2. Meanwhile, mix together the mango puree, sugar and mango essence in a blender.
    3. Pour immediately the agar agar water and give a stir.
    4. Pour this mango puree in any bowl or silicon mould and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
    5. While serving sprinkle confection's sugar and chocolate powder over the jelly and serve it.
