Ingredients

  • 1 cup - thick mango puree
  • 1/4 cup - sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - mango essence (optional)
  • 1 tbsp - agar agar powder
  • 1/4 cup - water
  • 1 tsp - confection's sugar + chocolate powder

How to Make Mango Jelly

  • Heat water in a pan and add agar agar powder, whisk until they get well dissolved.
  • Meanwhile, mix together the mango puree, sugar and mango essence in a blender.
  • Pour immediately the agar agar water and give a stir.
  • Pour this mango puree in any bowl or silicon mould and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
  • While serving sprinkle confection's sugar and chocolate powder over the jelly and serve it.
