How to Make Mango Kuzhambu

  • Cut mango into small pieces. Don't peel the skin.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek powder and hing.
  • When mustard splutters, add red chillies and fry for few seconds.
  • Add cut mangoes and green chillies. Fry till mango gets tender and add tamarind water to it.
  • Add chilli powder, salt, jaggery/sugar and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
