  • 500 ml - yoghurt
  • sugar to taste
  • diced mango to garnish
  • a few drops of vetiver essence

How to Make Mango Lassi

  • Put the ingredients for the lassi, except the diced mango pieces, in a blender.
  • Make a smooth puree.
  • Garnish with dices of mango and serve chilled.
