Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 2 - Egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup - vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 cup - chopped mangoes
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Walnuts

How to Make Mango Nut Bread

  • In a bowl, mix together eggs, oil and vanilla.
  • Next add maida, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder in a large bowl.
  • Then add mango and fold it in with the nuts.
  • Mix it all together and spoon into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
  • Cool for a few minutes and then turn it onto a wire rack.
  • Let it cool completely before cutting them into slices. Serve.
