  • 2 - ripe mangoes
  • 6-10 - red chillies (as per taste)
  • 1/2 cup - grated coconut
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 cup - curd
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Mango Pachadi

  • Peel and chop the mangoes, add salt as per taste and keep aside.
  • Fry the red chillies in a little oil.
  • Make a paste of grated coconut, red chillies and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
  • Add this to the mango cubes and mix well. Add curd to this.
  • Add salt if required and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, when they splutter add the curry leaves and pour it over the mango pachadi.
