Ingredients

  • 1 - Mango (raw)
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • a pinch - asafetida
  • 1 tsp - Fenugreek powder
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • salt to taste
  • gingili oil
  • How to Make Mango Pickle:

    1. Wash and cut mango into small pieces.
    2. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder and salt.
    3. Fenugreek must be fried for a minute and powdered in mixie.
    4. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds and asafoetida.
    5. Mix the seasoning with the mangoes.
    6. Mango pickle is ready to be served.
