Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup - Maida
  • 3 tbsp - Suji
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp - chirounji
  • 1 cup - Cream
  • 1/2 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • Oil - for deep frying
  • Dry fruits.

How to Make Mango-Pua with Cream

  • Mix maida and mango pulp.
  • Soak suji in milk for an hour and add to the mango-maida mix. Add more milk if the batter is too thick.
  • Add chirounji and cardamom powder to the batter.
  • Deep fry the pua in hot oil.
  • Beat cream and sugar till light and pour over the puas.
  • Garnish with dry fruits.
