Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup - Maida
  • 3 tbsp - Suji
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp - chirounji
  • 1 cup - Cream
  • 1/2 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • Oil - for deep frying
  • Dry fruits.
  • How to Make Mango-Pua with Cream:

    1. Mix maida and mango pulp.
    2. Soak suji in milk for an hour and add to the mango-maida mix. Add more milk if the batter is too thick.
    3. Add chirounji and cardamom powder to the batter.
    4. Deep fry the pua in hot oil.
    5. Beat cream and sugar till light and pour over the puas.
    6. Garnish with dry fruits.
