Ingredients

  • Mango ( ripe) - 1
  • Ginger - 2 tsps
  • Onion - 3 tbsps
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Curd - 4 tbsps
  • Coconut (grated) - 1 cup
  • Dry chillies - 5
  • Curry leaves - 4 -5
  • Mustard - 2 tsps
  • Oil - 3 tsps
  • How to Make Mango Pulisheri:

    1. Cut mangoes into medium sized pieces.
    2. Add the cut onions, ginger, turmeric powder and salt to the mangoes and boil it until the mangoes are fully cooked.
    3. Then grind the coconut with the curd. Add to the cooked mangoes.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, dry chillies and curry leaves.
    5. Then add the mixture to the pan and allow it simmer for 30 secs.
    6. Your mango pulisheri is ready to be served.
