How to Make Mango Pulisheri

  • Cut mangoes into medium sized pieces.
  • Add the cut onions, ginger, turmeric powder and salt to the mangoes and boil it until the mangoes are fully cooked.
  • Then grind the coconut with the curd. Add to the cooked mangoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, dry chillies and curry leaves.
  • Then add the mixture to the pan and allow it simmer for 30 secs.
  • Your mango pulisheri is ready to be served.
