  • Milk - 6 cups
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Alphonso mango pulp - 1 cup

How to Make Mango Rabri

  • Pour milk in a heavy bottomed vessel.
  • Boil it for 1/2 an hour so as to reduce the water content.
  • Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Remove it from the gas and cool it.
  • Add the mango pulp mix well and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with grated cashew nuts and almonds.
  • Serve chilled.
