Ingredients

  • Ripe Mango pulp - 1
  • Curd (sweet) - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2-3 tsp
  • Green chilli (medium-sized) - 2-3
  • How to Make Mango Raita:

    1. Pour the mango pulp in a juicer.
    2. Add curd and sugar and mix well.
    3. Finely chop the green chillies.
    4. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Fry the chopped chillies slightly and mix to the mango-curd mixture.
    5. Allow it to cool in a refrigerator.
    6. Serve chilled with roti or poori or consume as it is.
