How to Make Mango Raita

  • Pour the mango pulp in a juicer.
  • Add curd and sugar and mix well.
  • Finely chop the green chillies.
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan. Fry the chopped chillies slightly and mix to the mango-curd mixture.
  • Allow it to cool in a refrigerator.
  • Serve chilled with roti or poori or consume as it is.
