How to Make Mango salad

  • Peel mangoes and cut into large cubes.
  • Cut tofu and artichoke hearts.
  • Mix mangoes, tofu and artichoke with olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Mix olive oil, red vinegar, salt and pepper to make a dressing. Add to the fruit.
  • Add a dash of lemon juice in the end of impart a fresh aroma.
