Who doesn't love mangoes? Well, most of us are very fond of mangoes and since it is healthy, it is our favourite pick too! We are probably aware what a mango salad contains but this mango salad from Thai cuisine is entirely different and assembled with special ingredients. Shrimps are an integral part of this mango salad which adds unique flavour along with fish sauce, lemon juice, green chilli and brown sugar. 

It tastes the best when chilled. A fine bowl of Thai Mango Salad is all that you need on a winter evening to beat all your blues!


  • 150 gms. raw green Mango
  • 30 gms. cooled cooked shrimps
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 tsp. fish sauce
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 chopped Green chilli
  • How to Make Mango Salad:

    1. Cut the mango into fine strips.
    2. Chop the shrimps.
    3. Slice the onion finely.
    4. Mix all the ingredients together.
    5. Chill and serve.
