  • 1 cup - ripe Mango chunks
  • 1 - red pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 - green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 tbsp - coriander for garnishing
