  • 6 - ripe mangoes (small)
  • 1/2 cup - coconut, grated
  • 1 tbsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • A small ball of Tamarind
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - jaggery, grated
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Mango Sansav Goan:

    1. Roast the mustard seeds on a tawa.
    2. Grind to paste - coconut, mustard, chillies and tamarind.
    3. Peel and squeeze the mangoes so that pulp is homogenized.
    4. Add the ground paste, salt and jaggery and mix thoroughly with your hands.
    5. You can serve as is or cook everything for about 5 minutes.
