  • 2 potatoes, peeled, cubed
  • 2 mangoes, ripe but firm, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 cup chopped Onion
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds powder
  • 4 cups Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powder as per taste
  • For Garnishing:
  • 2 tbsp chopped Spring onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped mangoes

How to Make Mango Soup

  • In a pot, mix all the ingredients. Bring it to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and let it cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let it cool a little.
  • Blend with hand blender till smooth.
  • Garnish with spring onion and mangoes before serving.
