  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 small cup sugar
  • 1 cup - mango pulp
  • small pieces of Cadbury chocolate
  • 1.5 cup - cream
  • 1.5 tsp - gelatin

How to Make Mango with Choco Chips Ice Cream

  • Heat the milk till it reduces to 600 ml. Add the sugar.
  • Mix gelatine in cold water and boil till it dissolves.
  • Mix in the reduced milk.
  • Stir it continuously.
  • Boil the milk for a while and remove from fire, then cool it and churn the milk with mango pulp and churn cream again.
  • Fill it in the ice cream mould and freeze it on medium temperature.
