Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - minced mutton
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - onion paste
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - red chilli paste
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1 - potatoes, cut into small pieces.
  • 100 g - fresh green peas
  • 50 g - mustard oil
  • 1- onion, chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • Soak in 1/2 cup water for 1 hour:
  • 25 g - currants
  • 25 g - dates, dry and chopped

How to Make Mangsor Keemar Tarkari

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onions and fry till brown in colour
  • Add the minced mutton and fry for 5 minutes
  • Add the masalas into it except, garam masalas
  • Add the currants, dates and also green peas, potatoes and fry it on slow flame for half an hour, add 1 cup of hot water to it.
  • Cook covered till done and add garam masala powder
  • Simmer it for 10 minutes
  • Serve hot.
