Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - minced Mutton
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Onion paste
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli paste
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 - potatoes, cut into small pieces.
  • 100 g - fresh Green peas
  • 50 g - Mustard oil
  • 1- onion, chopped
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • Soak in 1/2 cup water for 1 hour:
  • 25 g - Currants
  • 25 g - dates, dry and chopped
  • How to Make Mangsor Keemar Tarkari:

    1. Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onions and fry till brown in colour
    2. Add the minced mutton and fry for 5 minutes
    3. Add the masalas into it except, garam masalas
    4. Add the currants, dates and also green peas, potatoes and fry it on slow flame for half an hour, add 1 cup of hot water to it.
    5. Cook covered till done and add garam masala powder
    6. Simmer it for 10 minutes
    7. Serve hot.
