Ingredients

  • Potatoes boiled 1 kg
  • Corn Flour2 Tb Sps.
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves2 Cups (Finely Chopped)
  • Kashu Nuts1/2 Cup (Broken)
  • Resins1/2 Cup
  • Grated Coconut1/2 Cup
  • Green Chilies4 Nos (Finely Chopped)
  • Poppy Seeds1 Tb Sp.(Roasted)
  • Oil for frying.
  • Salt to Taste
  • How to Make Manilalji Ki Kachori:

    1. Peel and mash Potatoes. Mix Corn flour and salt with Potatoes.
    2. Mix rest of the ingredients to make the filling.
    3. Make small balls of the potato mixture and roll them to make circlet of about 4".
    4. Place some filling and close the circlet carefully.
    5. Flatten it with your palms.
    6. Deep fry in oil (or Ghee if desired) till golden brown.
    7. Serve with Chhuhara chutney.
