Ingredients

  • 500 g -mutton keema
  • 300 g - Potatoes
  • 2 - Onion (big size)
  • 10 g - Garlic
  • 1 piece - ginger, 2 inches
  • 2 - 4 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 2 tsp -mint leaves (grated)
  • 1 - Egg
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1 cup - bread crumb
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • refine oil
  • salt
  • How to Make Mansa Chop (Mutton Chop):

    1. Wash mutton keema and keep aside.
    2. Boil potatoes and peel the skin and mash it.
    3. Add corn flour and salt and keep aside.
    4. Chop onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
    5. Heat oil, add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and fry it for 5 to 10 minutes.
    6. Now add keema into it and stir. Cook it on low flame.
    7. Remove it from the stove and add garam masala powder, turmeric powder and grated mint leaves.
    8. Divide mash potatoes into equal portions and shape into round disks.
    9. Fill it with fried keema.
    10. Fold into oval shaped chops and keep aside.
    11. Blend egg. Dip chops into blended egg and coat with bread crumb.
    12. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
    13. Serve hot with green chutney and chopped onion.
