How to Make Marghi Na Farcha

  • Wash the chicken well and pat dry on a kitchen towel.
  • Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except for the breadcrumbs and eggs.
  • Cover the chicken with kitchen foil and bake in an oven at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  • Coat with the bread crumbs.
  • Whip the egg whites first with a pinch of salt and once they are frothy, add the yolk.
  • Dip the crumbed chicken in the egg and deep fry till golden brown.
