300 g - Chicken (deboned legs)

10 g - ginger-garlic paste

5 g - Red Chilli powder

2 g - Turmeric powder

5 ml - salt

5 g - chopped Green chilli

5 g - chopped coriander

5 g - chopped Mint

10 g - fried Onions

30 ml - refined oil

100 g - breadcrumbs

2 - eggs

Oil for frying


  1. Wash the chicken well and pat dry on a kitchen towel.
  2. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except for the breadcrumbs and eggs.
  3. Cover the chicken with kitchen foil and bake in an oven at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  5. Coat with the bread crumbs.
  6. Whip the egg whites first with a pinch of salt and once they are frothy, add the yolk.
  7. Dip the crumbed chicken in the egg and deep fry till golden brown.
