  • 8 pieces- boneless chicken
  • Oil (for deep frying)
  • 2- eggs
  • 1/4 cups- bread crumbs
  • Make paste of:
  • 1 tbsp- Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp- corn flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp- ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp- garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp- garam masala
  • 1 tsp- green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp- onion paste
  • 1 tbsp- olive oil
  • 1/2 cup- coriander leaves (ground to a paste)

How to Make Margi Na Farcha

  • Slit the chicken pieces and coat the inside and outside with the paste.
  • Keep aside for 4-5 hours.
  • Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites till frothy, then blend in egg yolks.
  • Heat oil for frying.
  • Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot.
