Ingredients

  • Choose one or more of the following veggies.
  • Celery, cucumber, carrots, radishes, Turnips
  • 2 tsp- Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - Sugar ground
  • 1/2 tsp- grated Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar

How to Make Marinated Veggies

  • Cut into fingers, about 2 inches long.
  • Mix all other ingredients.
  • Pour over vegetables, toss till evenly coated.
  • Keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate. Refrigerate.
  • Serve chilled with hot or cold soups.
