How to Make Masala Arbi Rolls

  • Boil, peel and mash Arbi. Add chilli powder, coriander seeds, pomegranate seeds, chillies and salt. Mix well.
  • Shape into oval shaped rolls. Coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry rolls in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
