Ingredients

  • 4 - big Potatoes
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Onions
  • 2 - dry Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry
  • How to Make Masala Chilli Potatoes:

    1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai.
    2. Add the dry red chillies and onions. Saute and add the chilli sauce, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
    3. Half boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and cut it into small pieces and add them. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
    4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
