Ingredients

  • 4 - big potatoes
  • 1 cup - finely sliced onions
  • 2 - dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to Make Masala Chilli Potatoes

  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai.
  • Add the dry red chillies and onions. Saute and add the chilli sauce, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
  • Half boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and cut it into small pieces and add them. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
