Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 450 g - sweet Corn kernels, whole
  • 3 tbsp - plain flour
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 2 tsp - green chillies, minced
  • salt to taste
  • 5 tbsp - oil

How to Make Masala Corn Fritters

  • Beat eggs well. Mix in milk and flour and beat well.
  • Add chillies, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in drained corn. Heat oil for shallow frying
  • Drop tbspfuls full of batter into hot oil and fry till browned on both sides. Serve hot.
