How to Make Masala Crab Curry

  • Clean the crab and boil it for 2 minutes. Take only the fleshy parts for cooking.
  • Heat a pan and add bay leaves, jeera and whole garam masala to it.
  • Add onion paste, garlic-ginger paste, turmeric and tomato puree in it. Saute.
  • Now add curd and salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and the crab.
  • Mix all and fry them well. Add water and cover and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or parathas.
