Ingredients

  • 2 - Eggs (boiled and shelled)
  • 2 tsp - Onions
  • 2 tsp - Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 2 stems - Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp - Chilli Powder
  • Salt, as required

How to Make Masala Egg Fry

  • Halve the boiled eggs and keep aside.
  • Grind the remaining ingredients in a blender without adding water (juice from tomato is enough to get a smooth paste).
  • After grinding apply the paste onto the eggs.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the eggs.
  • Once eggs become brown and the raw masala smell has gone, remove from heat.
  • Serve hot with rice.
