How to Make Masala Egg

  • Boil eggs and peel the skin.
  • Cut into square pieces.
  • Grind tomatoes and onions.
  • Heat the oil and fry the paste.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder.
  • Add 1/2 cup water and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the egg pieces and let the gravy thicken.
