  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1 - Onion chopped finely
  • 1 - Tomato chopped finely
  • 2 - Green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Chaat Masala (optional)
  • Oil
  • Pita Bread (optional)

How to Make Masala Eggs

  • Heat some oil and fry onions and green chillies.
  • When onions are kind of brown, add tomatoes to it.
  • Add all masalas to it. (You can add the optional masalas if you want the dish spicier.)
  • Cook the whole mixture for about 5-6 minutes.
  • Now beat the eggs well. Add some salt and make medium-sized omelettes.
  • When the omelettes are cooked, remove them in a dish and put the onion and tomato mixture on one side and fold it.
