Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 3/4 cup - warm water
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Flour for dusting

How to Make Masala Flaxseed Chapatti

  • Take the wheat flour, flaxseed meal, garam masala powder with salt in a large bowl.
  • Gradually add the water and knead as smooth and soft dough.
  • Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Make medium sized balls from the dough, dust with flour and roll them as rotis.
  • Meanwhile heat a tawa, drop gently the rolled roti, drizzle few drops of oil, cook on both sides until they get well cooked.
  • Enjoy warm with any sort of chutneys.
