How to Make Masala Kaju Kadhi

  • Boil the potatoes and crush them
  • Then add salt, ginger, green chilli, coriander, lemon, sugar and a little corn flour to it
  • Make an oval shaped dough and deep fry it
  • Boil peas, cut cashew nuts
  • Fry dry masala and make fine powder.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil and add cashew nuts, dry masala, garam masala and cook for 2 mins
  • Add tomato puree, milk and turmeric
  • After kadhi is ready add fried dough of potatoes in it and sprinkle coriander on it.
  • Serve.
