Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 5ml - soya sauce
  • 5ml - tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch - red chilli masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch - white pepper
  • 1 pinch - black pepper
  • 1 pinch - turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil

How to Make Masala omelette

  • Break open eggs in a bowl. Stir milk, sauce, salt, all powders in another bowl. Add milk mixture to the eggs and beat for two minutes.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, pour out the mixture.
  • Cook for 2 mins or till the omelette is ready
