Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 5ml - soya sauce
  • 5ml - Tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch - Red Chilli masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch - white pepper
  • 1 pinch - black pepper
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • How to Make Masala omelette:

    1. Break open eggs in a bowl. Stir milk, sauce, salt, all powders in another bowl. Add milk mixture to the eggs and beat for two minutes.
    2. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour out the mixture.
    3. Cook for 2 mins or till the omelette is ready
