  • 8 to 10 - fried papad
  • 1 - onion
  • 3 to 4 - garlic
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • oil for cooking

How to Make Masala Papad platter

  • Fry the papad, onion and garlic pieces separately.
  • Take a bowl, add the fried and crushed papad.
  • Then add fried onion and garlic.
  • Add chaat masala, chopped green chilli and chopped coriander.
  • Mix well and enjoy as a party bite.
