Minced meat or chicken - 1/2 cup
Mushrooms (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
Rice (cooked) - 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) - 1
Tomato (chopped) - 1
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander (chopped) - 3 tbsp
Bell peppers - 2
Oil - 2 tbsp
Shredded cheese - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
How to Make Masala Peppers
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Fry till onions turn pink.
Add minced meat to the pan and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add tomatoes and chilli powder. Cook with a little water.
Now add the mushrooms and rice and fry for 5 minutes, covered.
Open the lid and add garam masala and coriander. Take off heat and keep aside.
Chop bell peppers horizontally into two halves.
Remove seeds and brush its cavity with oil.
Stuff the halved capsicums with the mince. Top with cheese.
Brush the exterior of the capsicums with oil.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
