Ingredients

  • 2 - medium sized potatoes
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - rice flour
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to Make Masala Potato Fry

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into circles.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt to the potatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Dip the potato pieces in rice flour and drop into the pan. Fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with rice and dal.
