How to Make Masala Sweet Potato Degree Chips

  • Wash the sliced sweet potatoes and spread them for a few minutes over a kitchen towel.
  • Heat enough oil, drop gently the slices one by one and fry until they turn crispy.
  • Remove the chips from oil, drain the excess of oil with a paper towel.
  • Sprinkle immediately the red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt, give a quick toss and continue frying the remaining uncooked chips.
  • Conserve in an airtight box.
