Ingredients

  • 3 - big tomatoes
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 tsp - tamarind paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - jaggery
  • 1 - big garlic pod
  • 4 - small pieces of ginger

How to Make Masala Tomato Chutney

  • Chop the tomatoes and fry in a pan for about 15 mins.
  • Cool and grind with rest of ingredients to a smooth paste.
  • Serve with hot rice, dosas, idlis.
