Ingredients

  • 3 - big Tomatoes
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 2 tsp - Tamarind paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Jaggery
  • 1 - big Garlic pod
  • 4 - small pieces of Ginger
  • How to Make Masala Tomato Chutney:

    1. Chop the tomatoes and fry in a pan for about 15 mins.
    2. Cool and grind with rest of ingredients to a smooth paste.
    3. Serve with hot rice, dosas, idlis.
