  • Potatoes - 400 g
  • Onions - 2
  • Garam Masala - 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Masaledaar Aloo:

    1. Cut the whole, boiled potato into small cubes and keep inside.
    2. In a flat pan, pour about 1 tbsp oil and add the sliced onions. Saute till the onions are light brown in colour.
    3. Now add the garam masala, red chilli powders, salt. Stir well and keep aside.
    4. In the same pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add 1 tsp of jeera.
    5. To this, add the potato cubes and fry them till they are light brown and slightly crisp.
    6. Add back the fried onion masala to the potato and stir fry for a minute.
    7. Serve hot.
