  • 1/4 kg - brinjal
  • 1 cup - curds
  • For Masala:
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard powder
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • salt to taste

How to Make Masaledar Baingan Raita

  • Cut the brinjal into long chips.
  • Boil in water till tender.
  • Strain the boiled chips and remove the extra water.
  • Beat the curd, add all the masalas.
  • Put the brinjal chips and mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
