Ingredients

  • 1 lb - shelled and deveined Prawns
  • .5 tsp - Cajun spice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • 3 tbsp - chopped Cilantro
  • 1 tsp - Ghee

How to Make Masaledar Prawns

  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Add prawns, salt and Cajun spice mix and stir for 2 mins.
  • Add cilantro and lemon juice, stir and cook it for 1 min.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Add ghee and serve warm.
  • Serve with rotis or parathas.
