Ingredients

  • 500g - mascarpone cheese
  • 1.5 cups - espresso or strong coffee
  • 6 tbsp - Sugar
  • 2 packages - lady finger biscuits
  • 1 oz - liqueur of your choice (Tia Maria, Kaluha, Baileys, etc)

How to Make Mascarpone Tiramisu

  • Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
  • Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy and smooth.
  • Add the mascarpone cheese and liqueur.
  • Beat egg whites until firm and fluffy. Add to the cheese mixture.
  • Dip the lady finger biscuits into the coffee and layer the bottom of a pie dish.
  • Cover it with the cheese mixture.
  • Repeat for another layer.
