Ingredients

  • 6 - large Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt to taste

How to Make Mashed Potato

  • Wash the potatoes and cook until soft.
  • Remove the skin and mash well.
  • Add the butter, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  • Serve with toast and roast beef/roast chicken/any baked dish.
