  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • 1/2 cup - mashed potato
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Mashed Potato Omelette

  • Beat the egg whites stiff and keep aside.
  • Beat the egg yolks well and blend in the mashed potato.
  • Add milk and mix thoroughly.
  • Fold into the egg whites and add the salt and pepper.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
  • Cook until golden brown underneath.
  • Sprinkle over with cheese, fold and serve immediately.
