How to Make

  • Cook the masoor till tender.
  • Boil potatoes and mash them when hot.
  • Mix the masoor, mashed potatoes, green chilli paste, ginger, garlic, salt, bread crumbs, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and fresh finely chopped coriander together and give them a tikki shape.
  • Dust them with breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with pudina chutney or tomato sauce.
