Ingredients

1.5 cups - basmati rice, washed, drained

1 tsp - Cumin seeds

1 cup - peas

2 tbsp - oil

Salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil. Add cumin seeds.
  2. Add rice and peas and salt. Stir fry.
  3. Add 4 cups of hot water and cook covered till done.
