  • 16 oz packet - frozen Green peas
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 2-3 - Cloves
  • 3-4 tbsp - oil
  • 1.5 tbsp - besan (gram dal flour)
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice or amchur powder
  • Salt
  • A small piece - Ginger
  • 1 Clove - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • How to Make Mattar ki kachori and paratha:

    1. Wash green peas in hot water and let the water drain.
    2. In a blender, crush cloves, green chilli, ginger and garlic and add peas to it and grind it coarsely. Do not add water to it.
    3. Take a pan, pour oil in it and let the oil be hot on medium-high. Add the ground peas to the pan.
    4. Add besan, salt and turmeric powder to it and mix it properly.
    5. Let it cook on medium low or on the low flame for at least 35 to 45 minutes and stir it every 5 to 10 minutes so that it does not stick on the bottom of the pan.
    6. Add garam masala and lemon juice or amchur powder to it and cook for 2-4 minutes until it is done.
    7. Allow it to cool.
