Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Beef or Mutton
  • 1 - cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 - onions, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - Ginger and Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 3 tbsp - Coconut paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - chopped, coriander leaves.

How to Make Meat and Cauliflower Curry

  • Soak the cauliflower florets in warm salt water for about half an hour.
  • Heat the oil in a pan or a pressure cooker and saute the onions for a few mins.
  • Add the garlic and ginger paste and stir fry for 3 mins.
  • Add the meat, chopped tomatoes and all the other ingredients and saute for a few mins.
  • Add sufficient water and cook till the meat is tender.
  • Then add the cauliflower florets and simmer for 5 more minutes or till tender.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve.
